Transition Homeless Project is a non-profit organisation based in Harrow, North-West London. We focus on transforming the lives of homeless people, by offering dedicated support and advise. Individuals receive support to transition into independent living. We also offer expert advise to prevent anyone becoming homeless.

The project supports a wide range of individuals, including young people, vulnerable women, families, and anyone facing unexpected homelessness. This may include people affected by job loss, leaving care, domestic abuse, eviction, or poverty. It also assists those at risk of homelessness due to financial pressures.

Transition Homeless Project offers various services, a weekly soup kitchen providing hot meals, education and training programmes to help individuals develop skills, financial and housing advice to regain stability, and poverty prevention aid for those at risk of becoming homeless.
