Transition Homeless Project is a non-profit organisation based in North West London. It focuses on transforming the lives of vulnerable women, experiencing poverty by offering hot meals, and providing support to help transition into independent living.
The project supports females aged 18+ experiencing poverty or facing unexpected homelessness. This may include people affected by relationship breakdown, job loss, domestic abuse, or eviction.
Transition Homeless Project offers various services, a weekly soup kitchen providing hot meals, financial and housing advice, poverty prevention aid for those at risk of becoming homeless, and careers training programmes to help individuals develop a pathway to independence.
