Who Are We
Transition Homeless Project is a non-profit organisation based in Harrow, North-West London. We are committed to transforming the lives of the homeless and vulnerable by:
- Preventing homelessness on the streets.
- Providing hot meals and support for independent living.
- Assisting young people, women, and families facing poverty or unexpected homelessness due to job loss, domestic abuse, or eviction.
We support the homeless to gain skills for employment with our bespoke Transition Programme providing education, careers support and training.

The rising cost of living and energy prices have left many struggling to survive. In London alone:
- Over 187,000 people are homeless (Shelter, December 2024).
- 24.8% of homeless individuals in England and Wales are based in London.
- The average age of death for people experiencing homelessness is 45 for men and 43 for women (Office of National Statistics).
