Transition Homeless Project is a non-profit organisation based in Harrow, West London. We focus on transforming the lives of homeless young people and single homeless women, by offering dedicated support and advise. Individuals receive support to transition into independent living. We also offer expert advise to prevent anyone at risk of becoming homeless.

The project offers specialist support to specific individuals, such as young people, and vulnerable single homeless women, at risk of or experiencing unexpected homelessness. This may include individuals affected by job loss, relationship breakdown, leaving care, domestic abuse, eviction, or poverty. We also assist those at risk of homelessness due to financial pressures.

Transition Homeless Project offers various services, a weekly soup kitchen providing hot meals, education and training programmes to help individuals develop skills, financial and housing advice to regain stability, and poverty prevention aid for those at risk of becoming homeless.
