Our experienced support workers provide one-on-one assistance, offering tailored guidance to help individuals navigate their journey toward stability and independence.

Local Rate Number:

We offer a Local Rate Number (available 9am – 5pm) for individuals to easily access our services and receive the support they need.

Help make a difference at our soup kitchen.
At Transition Homeless Project, our soup kitchen is a vital service that provides nutritious meals to those in need. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to join us in making a positive impact.

How You Can Help

Experienced Cooks: We need volunteers with experience in preparing meals on a large scale. As a cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our service users receive healthy, nourishing food. Food Hygiene Certificate  preferable (training will be provided if necessary).

Kitchen Support Volunteers: Help supervise the service, assist with cleaning, washing up, and tidying the kitchen after use. Your contribution will ensure the kitchen remains clean and ready for the next service.

By volunteering, you’re not just serving meals — you’re helping to rebuild lives and bring hope to individuals facing homelessness.
